Thank you so much for your patience! Most of you (about 700 or so) were lucky enough to have their packages shipped out in the first few weeks. I was getting ready to pack up the final batch of pins when I sadly learned I was exposed to covid, so I shut down all shipping operations immediately and got tested. I tested positive and was down and very sick for about a week. Fortunately my quarantine was up on the 11th and I waited until the 14th and got tested again to be certain before continuing to package. Thank you all for the well wishes, I am fully recovered and am fortunate that I was only sick for about a week.

I'm happy to announce that I sent out the very last batch of packages last week and that the few of you who have not gotten your rewards yet should be getting them very soon! 

In other news, this is good timing for my next pin campaign! There were so many ideas for pins I had with this one that I didn't get to use, and I decided to do a sort of "part 2" myths and magic, with the theme being elemental this time!

I'm so happy that there are creatures and designs that I get to use that I hadn't added last time. It's a smaller campaign compared to this one, with 15 designs and 24 total including variant colors. It will be launching on May 4th (May the 4th be with you!) and if you want to get notified upon launch, you can view the Pre-Launch page HERE

Last, but not least, there are 24 backers who never filled out their surveys! I've sent a few reminder links, and if you're viewing this update in confusion because your package never shipped out, please check your email associated with Kickstarter for an email from BackerKit and double check your spam folder. I've sent out a reminder this morning, and this will be your last reminder. If you're having difficulty finding the survey, please contact me and we'll do what we can to get it figured out. 

As for any other possible issues, if you have a package that arrives with any mix ups or missing items, please contact me and I'll make it right! I'm (believe it or not) only human, and do make mistakes here and there. I'll do my best to make sure all of my backers are satisfied.

Processing Delay Due to Covid

Hello everyone and thank you for your patience!

A couple of days ago, I was made aware that I had been exposed to covid and someone I'd interacted with had tested positive for covid. I went and got tested immediately and halted all shipping operations and closed down my online store. Unfortunately, my test came back positive and I'm showing symptoms.

All shipping operations will be put on hold until April 14th and will not resume until I get a negative covid test. 

I'm sorry for the delay, but I can't in good conscience continue working on pins and packages. There are only about 100 left to go, and if your package is in this final batch I'm terribly sorry for the delay.

Thank you all so much for your support! We're finally on the final 100 packages, which unfortunately are taking slightly longer to put together because of their size. At the moment, each pin takes between 30 seconds and a minute to put together. I remove the pin backs, pop it onto a card, put the backs on and then wrap it in a cellophane bag for protection. With the majority of the last packages having been larger, this means that some packages take a whopping half an hour just to put together. At this rate, I'm only able to get out between 10-20 packages a day by myself.

Also note that I am packaging things in the order that BackerKit gives them to me. So while the majority of these final orders have been larger, every so often I come across one that has like... three pins and I wonder why on earth BackerKit decided to put it toward the end. 

For most of you, you should have received your packages by now or at least have a tracking number. If your order has been shipped out, you'll get a tracking number via BackerKit. Also note that international shipping can take between 4-8 weeks, depending on location.

I'm still working hard, and working on orders between 5-10 hours a day. If you have any questions, let me know! I might be slow to respond to comments or messages, as I don't spend much time online and am focused on getting these last orders filled.

Shipping Update

Thanks so much for your patience everyone! Currently, I am about 3/5 of the way through shipping out packages. I have personally had a pretty busy week, so my shipping progress has slowed slightly, but I am hoping to get through another hundred packages this weekend. If your order has been shipped out, you will have recieved a tracking number via email. I‘m shipping out packages in the order that BackerKit gives them to me, so there isn’t really any specific reward tier going out first or last. 

I also wanted to announce that I have started an Instagram account specifically for pins, so if you would like to follow for pin updates as well as future designs, you can follow it on Instagram here

A few people have tagged me in photos of the pins they have recieved and it really lights up my day. Thank you! 

As for the pins themselves, we are a little over halfway through all of them. My living room is complete and utter chaos, since I am doing all of this from my home. I should hopefully have all of this done soon, if you have any questions or any problems with your order, make sure to reach out to me.

Shipping has begun!

We have been slowly shipping out a handful of orders as we sort and grade this week, and a few of you have already received your pins! However, it's come to our attention that somehow two of the add on pins from my BackerKit shop were not being shown in the order sheets on my end. The pins in question being the rainbow phoenix pin and the ace colored phoenix pin. I have since resolved the issue, so if you added these items onto your order and your order has already been shipped, don't worry, I've fixed the problem and you should be receiving the add ons separately and soon. 

We're about 1/8th of the way through the pins and packages. I will be taking a day off for my health this weekend and then continue onward through next week, hopefully getting through about 1,000 pins per day and putting out at least 50+ orders in the mail each day.

As your orders start to arrive, if there is any kind of problem please don't hesitate to contact me, either through BackerKit or Kickstarter. I'm only (I think) human, and my helpers are also only human and don't know my process or my pins as well as I do, so there are bound to be mistakes made and I'm more than happy to make it right if there is a mistake with your order. Hopefully we can get through this next step as smoothly as possible, but if you have any questions or concerns, I'll try to reply as quickly as I'm able to.

The pins themselves have turned out very lovely, and I'm so pleased they did. This was a very large order, and there are always hesitations with placing such a large quantity order with any manufacturer, no matter how reputable. It might have taken four months for them to be produced and shipped to me, but I'm so happy we had a successful outcome with their production. 

I've also seen a handful of comments along the lines of "Oh I wish I'd gotten that pin!" or "I wish I'd gotten more!" and fear not! Once I have finished processing all of the pins and have an accurate inventory, I'll have them available in my Etsy shop, which you can find here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/anadiascreations
